Graham T. Jennings, Jr. received a B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University (1975) and a J.D. from The Marshall-Withe School of Law, College of William and Mary (1979). Since 1979 he has been admitted to practice in all Virginia state courts, the federal district courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

A wide range of experience that has included international representation and extensive litigation has provided Mr. Jennings with rare insight and creativity regarding the challenges and solutions of individuals, family farms and businesses that seek protection under the U.S. bankruptcy code. His petition-based bankruptcy practice is comprehensive and utilizes an interdisciplinary network that he has developed over the last 33 years.
